Dave and Buster's, a leading entertainment and gaming company, with over 160 locations nationwide, tapped Avatria to enable digital selling so that their customers could purchase Power Cards online for the first time ever.
PROJECT DETAILS
Avatria stood up a Shopify site that offered a step-by-step wizard for purchasing a Power Card for use at Dave and Buster's locations. This included selecting a location, providing customer information, and selecting the quantity of points that should be loaded to the card.
Key Challenges
There were a number of key challenges that Avatria was able to overcome to ensure a seamless user experience for Dave and Buster's customers, including:
- The price per point varied based on the number of points purchased
- The checkout flow was customized to integrate with client systems for tax, generating the new power card, and submitting the order
- The theme was customized to match the Dave and Buster's flagship for a seamless user experience
